Cancellation Policy
Many
fishing trips are planned well in advance and a seat held for you can
be difficult to sell at the last moment. To ensure a quality
experience we limit the numbers of fishermen on our vessels. Your
business is very important to us and we will work with you if you have
a schedule change. Please let us know ASAP if you have a change after
making a reservation.
Advanced Individual Fishing Reservations: 60 days notice
is required for a full refund. 59 – 30 days notice will be charged
50%. 29 days or less notice will be charged 100%. If we are able to
resell your reserved seat you will be offered a voucher for a future
trip.
Whole Boat Reservations: 60 days notice is required for full refund.
59-30 days will be a 50% charge. 29 days or less will be charged at
100% unless we can resell the trip. If we resell the trip to others
you will be refunded the difference up to your deposit amount.
Hunting trips: All hunting trips are booked with a deposit and
payment due dates for additional monies. Due to the long planning
stages on hunts the deposit amount as well as the payments made are
non-refundable unless we are able to resell the hunt. Hunting
trips may be delayed due to weather. See hunting contract for
specifics.
Weather or
Mechanical: You will be refunded 100% if we are unable to fish
due to weather or mechanical problems.
